Employees earn annual leave based on length of employment. Annual leave is earned on a per pay period basis for active full-time and part-time employees.
Each full-time employee accrues 1.5 hours of Sick Leave for each work week.
Full and Part-time employees receive pay for observed holidays. There are between 11 – 13 holidays celebrated throughout the year.
Employees can receive mileage reimbursement when they use their personal vehicle for authorized credit union business at the rate equal to the current IRS mileage rate.
After 1 year of service, employees can apply for education reimbursement for the cost of tuition and books for approved job related courses taken at approved institutions.
Employees are encouraged to grow professionally, and receive the support and resources to reach their full potential. A wide range of classroom and online training is offered. We also provide open position postings for career opportunities within the credit union.
